These terms apply to the Archive Studio+ brand site and early Studio+ product surfaces operated by The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd (ABN 90 694 672 403).
Status
Studio+ is under construction. Content, tools, and features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be unavailable. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product unless a separate purchase flow on Landscape Archive hosts says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may browse this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer secured systems, or misuse any early-access or member pathways.
Accounts and purchases
Sign-in, subscriptions, and checkout for Landscape Archive / Studio+ entitlements are provided on landscapearchive.com.au (and related app hosts). Those flows are also governed by the Archive terms presented at account creation and checkout.
Intellectual property
Studio+ branding, site design, and related materials are owned by The Landscape Archive Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as expressly allowed.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” during construction. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you cannot exclude under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Studio+ develops. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
